Zoie and Sophie will also be hosting a series of nourishing, spacious day workshops with
Conscious Connected Breathwork, sounding and song to begin your steps towards vocal freedom
(a great taster for the Liberate Your Voice Portugal retreat).

What if your voice was never wrong - just waiting to be heard?
So many of us carry unspoken stories, silenced truths, or a sense that we need to shrink ourselves in order to belong. Our voices - both literal and metaphorical - become filtered through past experiences, unhealed wounds, or cultural conditioning that taught us to be quiet, good or agreeable.
But, your voice holds power, wisdom, emotion and deep truth
This one-day workshop is a gentle invitation to begin the journey back to your full expression - in a safe, nourishing and playful space held by two experienced facilitators.
What to expect ...
In this one day workshop you will experience a blend of:
- Vocal exploration and singing - guided by Zoie, who brings joy, playfulness and permission to every sound
- Breathwork & somatic release - led by Sophie, who gently supports you to reconnect to your body's wisdom
- Reflective inquiry and group connection - space to explore your personal relationship with your voice and expression
- Real, honest sharing within a safely-held group, where you can witness and be witnessed
You don't need to be a singer. You don't need to have it all figured out. Just bring your curiosity, courage and your beautiful, messy humanity.
This is a full-day workshop - lunch, teas, coffees and snacks will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself, your voice and your willingness to explore and play!

Sophie Brigstocke - trauma-informed Breathwork guide, space holder and Transformational Coach, Sophie weaves somatic, sub-conscious and energetic practices to help you come home to your body and reclaim your power. She brings a deep sensitivity to the ways in which we lose our voices - and a loving, grounded presence to help you find yours again.
